- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of mixed and segregated municipal waste from residential properties, properties with summer houses and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes. from the Konopnica commune in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027 and equipping them with waste containers and bags, as agreed with the Ordering Party.
2. As a result of the signed contract, the Contractor will provide a service in the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners for the price specified in the contract. residential properties and properties used for recreational purposes in the Konopnica commune. The service also includes: delivery of containers or bags for mixed municipal waste and selectively collected waste to all recipients declared and indicated by the Ordering Party; equipping the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point owned by the Konopnica commune with bins/containers and collecting waste from this point as well as operating the mobile collection system for bulky waste from households located in the commune Konopnica according to the schedule, once a year in May 2026 and 2027 covered by this order. The collection does not include waste generated in the course of business activities conducted by business entities.
