Description:
1. The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties in the Lewin Kodzki Commune in 2026.2. The scope of the subject of the order includes: 1) provision of services of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential properties and uninhabited in the Lewin Kodzki commune and from the selective municipal waste collection point in a way that ensures achieving appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Lower Silesian Voivodeship and the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Lewin Kodzki Commune, adopted by the Resolution No. XVI/100/2019 of the Lewin Kodzki Commune Council of December 6, 2019.2) system for electronic recording and confirmation of waste receipt from property owners, distinguishing the type of waste collected.3.
