Description:
The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste indicated in the order description from real estate where residents live, the so-called real estate inhabited permanently and temporarily - including real estate developed with holiday buildings in a compatible manner with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and other legal provisions - including: Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of May 17, 2021 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected fractions waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906), Resolution No. XXII/405/20 of the Wielkopolska Voivodeship Assembly of September 28, 2020 on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the Wielkopolska Voivodeship for 2019-2025 together with the investment plan and Resolution No. XLIII/358/22 of the Lubasz Commune Council of September 29, 2022 regarding the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Lubasz Commune.
