- The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Małkinia Gorna commune, indicated in the description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.
Collection and management of municipal waste in the Małkinia commune Gorna in 2026
The Małkinia Gorna commune is inhabited by 8,985 people (as of October 21, 2025). The above data on the number of inhabitants may change. Of all the commune's inhabitants, 8,929 people declare separate collection of municipal waste, of which 4,281 people declared composting of bio-waste and 56 people declared non-selective collection (data as of October 21, 2025)
2. The scope of the subject of the order includes, throughout the entire order implementation period, the acceptance and management of:
1) mixed unsegregated municipal waste collected in containers
and/or bags,
2) municipal waste collected selectively, in containers or bags,
including:
a) paper and cardboard in blue containers or bags,
b) PET plastic, multi-material packaging and metal in colored containers or bags yellow,
c) glass in green containers or bags,
d) biodegradable waste, including biodegradable packaging waste
biodegradable in brown containers or bags,
e) ashes in gray containers or bags;
