Description:
1. Name of the order: Collection and management of municipal waste from municipal facilities.2. The scope of the subject of the order includes, in particular, collection, transport and management of municipal waste remaining after segregation (mixed) and selective waste from municipal facilities.3. Detailed the scope of the subject of the order was specified in the description of the subject of the order (OPZ) and in the draft contract. These documents constitute annexes to the SWZ and are its integral part.4. The ordering party requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract, all persons performing collection services. municipal waste from municipal facilities located in the Karlino Commune. The ordering party's rights regarding the method of verification and control of the contractor's fulfillment of the above-mentioned obligation is specified in section 14 of the draft contract, which constitutes an annex to SWZ.5.
