Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service regarding the collection and management of municipal waste from the Piotrow Kujawski commune in 2026, including the following parts of the order.
214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Act in the amount of up to 10% of the basic order.
455 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law provides for the possibility of introducing changes to the contract on the terms specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 2a and 2b to the SWZ.
The order will be awarded in two parts: Part I of the order: Collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected from owners of real estate residing in the Piotrkow Kujawski commune, Part II of the order: Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate where summer houses are located or other real estate used for recreational purposes in the Piotrkow Kujawski Commune.
