- 1.The subject of the order is:
a) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from properties where:
β’residents live there,
β’there are no inhabitants and municipal waste is generated,
β’ partly inhabited by residents and partly inhabited by no inhabitants, and municipal waste is produced
β’there is a summer house or other property used for recreational purposes
located in the Narewka Commune and included in the municipal waste management system;
b)Collection, transport and management of waste collected in Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located at ul. BiaΕowieska 2 in Narewka in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and other legal provisions.
2. Detailed description of the order - documentation describing the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as OPZ, specifies:
a) sanitary standard of services and environmental protection,
b) obligations related to keeping documentation in the scope of activities covered by the order,
c) detailed procedure in the event of non-selective waste collection is found in the OPZ - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
