Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the collection and development (recovery and disposal) of mixed and selectively collected municipal waste from owners of real estate residing from the Niedźwiada commune - regardless of their quantity (except for asbestos waste) and reception and reception and reception Development of waste collected at the selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), in particular:
