The implementation of the subject of the contract is to be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 2016-2022, taking into account 2023-2028, resolution of the Świnice Warckie Commune Council Resolution No. VIII/59/2019 of 07 November 2019 on "Regulations maintaining cleanliness and order in the Świnice Warckie commune "and the resolution of the Świnice Warckie Commune Council Resolution No. VIII/60/2019 of November 7, 2019 on a detailed manner and scope of services of services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and development owners these waste, in exchange for the municipal waste management fee paid by the property owner.
