- The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of properties covered by the municipal waste management system in the Skierniewice Commune. In the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), preparation for re -use and recycling, storage of municipal waste and waste from municipal waste processing, and limiting the mass of municipal waste succumbing biodegradation transferred to storage, at least up to the amounts specified in the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, as well as the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the ΕodΕΊ Voivodeship for the years 2025-2030, taking into account the years 2031-2036 adopted by the Resolution Sejmik of the ΕodΕΊ Voivodeship XVII/204/2025 of August 26, 2025 and in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. XXIII/177/2020 of the Skierniewice Commune Council of 22.09.2020 on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Skierniewice amended by Resolution No. XXX/244/2021 of 30.06.2021 and Resolution No. XII/109/2025 of June 25, 2025 amending the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Skierniewice Commune; wy...
