1. Record, transport and management of municipal waste from residing owners Bobowa commune from the following villages: Bobowa, Berchyow, Brzana, Jankow, Siedliska, StroΕΌna, SΔdziszow, Wilczyska, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996. on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), provisions of the province waste management plan MaΕopolska adopted by the resolution of the Lesser Poland Voivodship Assembly No. LXXXI/1191/24 of March 25, 2024, and the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Bobowa commune adopted by resolution of the City Council
on the announcement of a uniform text Resolution No. XVI/139/20 of the City Council in Bobowa of 27 January 2020. on the adoption of the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Bobowa commune, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to SWZ.
