Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate located in the commune of Miasto Mysłowice, which includes, among others: collection, transport and management of municipal waste produced in the commune of Mysłowice in the commune:
and) real estate where the inhabitants live,
b) mixed real estate,
c) some properties where the inhabitants do not live, and municipal waste from the city of Mysłowice is generated,
and:
d) equipping the property with containers and bags for municipal waste,
e) maintenance municipal waste containers in proper order, technical and sanitary condition by washing and disinfecting them,
f) creation and running of two points of selective collection of municipal waste in the commune of Miasto Mysłowice,
g) organization of municipal waste collection campaign in mobile Selective municipal waste collection points,
h) conducting educational campaigns in the field of waste management for residents.
Estimated amount of municipal waste collected directly from property owners during the contract of contract 29,500.00 mg.
2. The contracting authority has the right according to its own free selection for one order resumption, on the terms set in the following points.
If the resumption is used, the contract will apply for a period not exceeding another 12 months.
