Description:
1. The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the Dzierzkowice Commune in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
2. Detailed data describing the order:
Area of the Dzierzkowice commune 87.2 km2.
3.Total the number of inhabitants of the Dzierzkowice commune according to data from the population register is 5,187 - as of October 9, 2025. The above data on the number of inhabitants may change (population movement), as well as the number of properties as a result of putting new buildings into use and inhabiting or depopulation and demolition of existing residential buildings.
4. The subject of the order also includes the contractor's assurance of acceptance as part of the submitted offer management of municipal waste from towns and address points with difficult access by a garbage truck. This applies to the town of unfavorable topography and location of real estate located far from a paved public road, including: colony buildings, etc. The contractor will organize waste collection in such a way that waste containers are delivered from the property to a public road on which he can move freely a garbage truck.
5. Estimated number of properties from which municipal waste will be collected - 1,375 (during the duration of the order, it is expected that the number of households from which waste will be collected will increase or decrease by +/- 2%).
