Description:
1. The subject of the contract is: "Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Bisztynek commune"
2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:
1) the collection of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste from inhabited real estate - also is required collection of waste accumulated outside the container
2) Collection of municipal waste accumulated in a selective manner:
a) paper, cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging,
b) glass, glass packaging,
c) plastic, plastic packaging, metals, metal packaging, packaging waste multi -material,
d) bio -pads,
e) furniture and other bulky waste,
f) used tires,
g) used electrical and electronic equipment,
h) expired drugs and chemicals, needles and syringes,
i) used batteries and accumulators,
j) construction and renovation and demolition waste - the contractor under the contract is obliged to collect only the construction and renovation and demolition waste, which arose as a result of minor construction works not requiring a building permit or notification of intention to carry out works to the staroste,
k) textiles and clothing
3) delivery by January 1, 2026 and successive supplementation owners of real estate in single -family and farm bags for selective collection of municipal waste in colors:
a) blue - paper, cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging,
b) green - glass, glass packaging,
c) yellow - plastics, plastic packaging, me...
