• Description:
• 1.1. The subject of the contract is a service regarding the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the commune of Połejewo.
  1.1.1. The scope of the subject of the contract includes the collection and management of municipal waste throughout the entire performance period:
  1) mixed;
  2) accumulated selectively:
  a) glass;
  b) plastic, metal, multi -material packaging;
  c) paper and cardboard;
  d) biodegradable waste, including green.
  3) furniture and other bulky waste;
  4) used electrical and electronic equipment;
  5) expired drugs i chemicals;
  6) used batteries and accumulators;
  7) used tires;
  8) Construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste, derived from minor works that do not require a building permit from the staroste, notification of intention to build or perform works.
  Waste other than those listed in point 8, the entrepreneur has The obligation to be picked up for an additional fee paid by the owner of the property. In order to supply the property with the appropriate containers and determine the method of their collection, the property owner should notify the waste recipient at least 7 days before the planned construction of construction works or demolition.
