3applicable law, and
b) organization and conduct of a municipal waste collection point in the municipality of Milowka, in accordance with applicable law in this respect.
2. The expected amount of municipal waste generated, which will need to be collected
and managedDuring the order processing: 2,500 mg.
3. The contracting authority reserves the right to increase or reduce the number of owned real estate in the field of collecting municipal waste. Changing the number of owned real estate will not cause a change of the contract or a change in the value of the order.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to SWZ.
5. The contracting authority requires employment by the Contractor, Subcontractor or further subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons who will perform the following activities that make up the subject of the contract:
a) pickup (includingloading) waste and their transport;
b) service PSZOK.
