Description:
The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and development of the entire mass of produced municipal waste both mixed and accumulated in a selective manner, generated and collected from inhabited real estate located within the administrative borders of the Opatow commune, regardless of on weather conditions, in a way that ensures relevant recycling levels, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of municipal waste biodegraded for storage, in accordance with the entries:
1) the Act of September 13 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), and executive ordinances,
2) Resolution No. VII/6/8/2024 of the Silesian Voivodeship Assembly of October 21, 2012, on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the Śląskie Voivodeship for 2023-2028
3) resolution no later changes,
4) Resolution no benefits services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners in the Opatow commune and the development of these waste in exchange for the municipal waste management fee paid by the owner of the property, with later changes.
