- The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the Kotuń Commune as well as from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located at the Waste Landfill in Kotuń, in a manner consistent with the regulations. Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended), Waste Act of December 14, 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 701, as amended), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for Mazovia and the provisions of the Maintenance Regulations cleanliness and order in the Kotuń Commune, as well as other provisions of statutory and local law.
The estimated amount of waste expected to be collected will be 2115.3 Mg throughout the entire order period.
Additionally, as part of the service provided, the contractor is obliged to run a municipal point selective collection of municipal waste in accordance with applicable regulations, ensuring its operation every Saturday of the month, excluding holidays.
