- 1.The subject of the order includes: Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the Mogilany Commune in the scope of: a) collection and management of the entire amount of municipal waste generated in the area real estate, where residents live, located in the Mogilany Commune (the area of the entire Commune is one sector) b) collection and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the commune Mogilany (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions of its implementation are set out in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ and Annex No. 3 Draft contract. 3. The contractor is obliged to pay a deposit in the amount of: PLN 40,000.00 4. Contractor is obliged, before concluding the contract, to provide a security for proper performance of the contract in the amount of 5% of the gross price given in the offer. 5. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law up to 20% value of the basic order.
