The detailed subject of the order is indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and includes: in particular:
1) collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties and properties with summer houses and other properties used for recreational purposes in the Pęczeniew commune;
2) equipment with containers and bags for collecting municipal waste, residential properties and properties with summer houses and other properties used for recreational purposes in the Pęczeniew commune in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Pęczeniew commune without an additional fee for the duration of the contract (a mixed container and bag system will apply, i.e. container for mixed waste, bags for separately collected waste). The contractor will deliver containers and bags within 14 days from the date of signing the contract. In the event of a change in the number of inhabitants or the number of properties on which holiday cottages are located and properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, if they appear during the term of the contract, within 3 days from the date of notification;
3) collection and management of bio-waste from property owners who do not they have composters;
4) collection and management of waste from the Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Pęczewo and from the Family Allotment Garden;
