The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in acceptance and management (handover). recovery and disposal) of each amount of waste indicated in point 2 of the Description of the Subject of the Order (Annex 1.2 to the SWZ).
The scope of the subject of the order includes, throughout the entire order implementation period:
- collection from residential properties, summer houses, stadium and PSZOK and development (recovery and disposal) of segregated and unsegregated (mixed) waste from residential properties, stadiums, waste from cleaning streets and squares, non-biodegradable waste from parks and segregated municipal waste located at the Selective Point Waste Collections. In the case of residential properties, waste collected in front of the property gate must also be collected outside the container in bags.
A detailed description of the subject of the order and a description of the ordering party's requirements regarding implementation and acceptance are determined by:
-Additional information to the item description orders included in Annex No. 14 to the SWZ,
- draft provisions (template) of the contract - Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.
- Detailed description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 1.2 to the SWZ.
