Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of waste collection and management services
municipal waste in 2026 from owners of residential and recreational properties, as well as collection and management of municipal waste from PSZOK located
on the premises of the Municipal Municipal Plant with its registered office in Solec.
The contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the order in a manner consistent with the provisions of law, in particular the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, as well as the provisions of local law acts in force in the Gostynin Commune in the field of economy. municipal waste.
The subject of the order includes the collection of waste from real estate:
- unsorted (mixed) municipal waste/sorting residues;
- selective (packaging) waste, i.e. glass, plastics, metals, multi-material packaging, paper and waste paper;
- bio-waste constituting municipal waste;
- bulky waste;
- construction and demolition waste, constituting municipal waste;
- WEEE, batteries and accumulators;
- used tires;
- drugs and chemicals;
- construction rubble and polystyrene;
- waste that does not qualify as medical waste generated in households as a result of taking medicinal products by injection and monitoring the level of substances in the blood;
- textiles and clothing.
In the Gostynin Commune, the Contractor will equip property owners with containers and bags for collecting municipal waste.
