Description:
The subject of the contract is the successive performance of the service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the City of Ustroń from owners of real estate where residents live (including mixed real estate, i.e. properties that are partly real estate, inhabited by residents, and in part, real estate where no residents live and business activities are conducted) and real estate where there are summer houses or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes in a way that ensures achieving an appropriate level of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste, the level of storage of municipal waste and waste from the processing of municipal waste, and the level of reducing the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with applicable regulations.
