- The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service in 2026 in the scope of:
1) collection and management of municipal waste from residential property owners and
from uninhabited real estate, on which there is a summer house, or other real estate used for purposes Recreation and recreation in the Ozorkow commune and from real estate where educational and educational, cultural, sports activities are carried out in the field of health and fire protection,
2) Equipment, collection (transport) and management of municipal waste from the Municipal Selective Point Municipal waste collection in Modlna.
The service of municipal waste collection and management includes mixed and selectively collected municipal waste in accordance with the law in force in this respect.
The subject of the contract was specified in detail in the specification of the terms of the contract together with attachments, including in the description of the subject of the contract - constituting an attachment to SWZ.
Pursuant to the content of art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority provides for the right of the option together with the determination of the circumstances in which the right of the options will be exercised. Description in order documents.
