The subject of the order is the provision of the service of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners living in the commune, as well as the creation and operation of a stationary Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK).

4.1. The subject of the order is the provision of the service of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners living in the commune, as well as the establishment and operation of a stationary Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK).
4.2. Indicative the amount of municipal waste that the Ordering Party expects to be collected from owners of residential properties and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point during the order implementation period is approximately 1,270.5 Mg. The above-mentioned amount of waste should be used to calculate the price offer Contractors. The amounts of waste provided by the Ordering Party are estimated amounts. The Ordering Party does not guarantee the above. amount of waste during the term of the contract. The Contractor undertakes to collect and manage the actual and actual amount of waste. Pursuant to the content of Art. 433 points 4) Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party informs that the minimum value of the service is 50% of the quantity referred to in the first sentence.
