Description:
3.1. The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate where residents live (so-called residential real estate), located in the Gielniw Commune, in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996. on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), and the currently applicable implementing acts to the above Act, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of December 15, 2017. on the levels of limitation of landfilling the mass of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412), provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by resolution of the Masovian Voivodeship Assembly No. 3/19 of January 22, 2019 on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the Masovian Voivodeship 2024 (PGO WM 2024) and resolution No. 4/19 of the Masovian Voivodeship Assembly of January 22, 2019 on the implementation of the waste management plan for the Masovian Voivodeship 2024 and the provisions of Resolution X.59.2024 of the City Council in Gielniow of December 30, 2024 on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Gielniow Commune.3.2.
