- The subject of the order is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate where residents live and from real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, located in the Ostrowek commune, in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028 and equipping them with waste containers or bags, as agreed with the Ordering Party.
Collection and management of municipal waste from properties located in the Ostrowek Commune
1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste originating from real estate where residents live and from real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, located in the Ostrowek commune, in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028, and equipping them with waste containers or bags, as agreed with the Ordering Party.
2. The above-mentioned service is to be provided in a manner consistent with the provisions of:
1) Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733),
2) the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587),
3) Waste management plan for ΕodΕΊ Voivodeship for the years 2019-2025, taking into account the years 2026-2031, adopted by Resolution No. XXXIV/546/21 of the ΕodΕΊ Voivodeship Assembly on September 28, 2021,
