- The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the order description from properties inhabited by residents located in the Winnica commune, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate recycling levels, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill and in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of January 11, 2013, regarding detailed requirements regarding the collection of municipal waste from owners real estate (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122), provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by resolution of the Provincial Assembly No. 9/25 of February 25, 2025 on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the Masovian Voivodeship 2030 with annexes, Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Winnica commune, and other provisions of statutory and local law.
