- 1.The subject of the order is:
1) Collection, transport and management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, i.e. waste after segregation, segregated waste and waste from mobile waste collection) from all residential properties.
2) Collection, transport and management of waste from Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) from the place indicated by the Ordering Party.
3) Equipping all residential properties with undamaged containers for unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, in good technical, operational and sanitary condition.
4) Equipment of all single-family residential properties in bags for selective collection of four fractions of municipal waste.
5) Equipping all multi-unit residential properties with undamaged containers for unsegregated (mixed) items in good technical, operational and sanitary condition. municipal waste and bio-waste.
6) Equipping the residential properties indicated by the Ordering Party, owned by the Lubraniec Commune, with devices for selective ash collection.
7) Establishing 33 separate municipal waste collection points in the Lubraniec commune yes called "nests" and equipping them with sets of undamaged containers for selective collection of municipal waste, in good technical, operational and sanitary condition.
