Description:
The subject of the contract is "the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners from the area of the Hrubieszow municipality, where the inhabitants live" indicated in the description of the order, in a way that ensures relevant levels of preparation for re -use and recycling, the level of municipal waste storage and waste from the processing of municipal waste recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of municipal waste biodegraded for storage. The contracting authority, in accordance with art. 139 para. 1 of the PZP Act will first make Research and assessment of offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer was the highest rated, in the scope of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. 12 months
