- 3.1. The subject of the contract is the receipt and development in the period from the signing of the contract, but not earlier than from 01.01.2026 to 31/12/2026 municipal waste indicated in the description of the subject of the contract from owners of real estate, where residents from the commune live Radłow and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Radłow, in a way that ensures relevant recycling levels, preparation for re -use and recovery by other methods, and limiting the levels of mass levels of municipal waste storage in accordance with applicable regulations. December 14, 2012 on waste (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), provisions of the current Provincial Waste Management Plan, and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Radłow commune, as well as other provisions of generally applicable and local law - in the current wording as at the day of implementation orders.
3.2. The concise description of the subject of the contract was specified in the description of the subject of the contract - Annex 1 to SWZ and in the planned provisions of the contract - Annex 3 to SWZ.
