Description:
4.1. The subject of the order is the service of collection and management of municipal waste from property owners living in the Łabunie commune.
in 2026, in a way that ensures achieving an appropriate level of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste in the amount of at least least: 56% by weight for 2026, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of August 3, 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530) and limiting the mass of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation transferred to storage, to the level specified in applicable regulations.
4.2. General characteristics of the Łabunie commune
4.2.1 The area of the Łabunie Commune is 87.48 km2.
4.2.2 The number of residents registered in the Łabunie Commune (as of October 23, 2025) is - 6,057.
4.2.3 Service will cover real estate residing in 13 towns, i.e.: Łabuńki Trzecie, Mocowka, Barchaczow, Brodek, Dąbrowa, Łabuńki Drugie, Łabunie, Wolka Łabuńska, Ruszow, Ruszow-Kolonia, Wierzbie, Majdan Ruszowski and Łabunie-Reforma.
4.2.4 Estimated number of inhabited properties, of which municipal waste will be collected is approximately 1,700, ash from household furnaces will be collected from approximately 650 properties located in all towns, and biodegradable waste will be collected from approximately 62 properties.
