Description:
Collection and management of municipal waste from property owners living in the Kobylin-Borzem commune and full-scale management and service (PSZOK) in Makowo1. The subject of the order is: a) COLLECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF MUNICIPAL WASTE FROM RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY OWNERS FROM THE AREA OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KOBYLIN-BORZYMY AND THE FULL-SCOPE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF A SELECTIVE MUNICIPAL WASTE COLLECTION POINT (PSZOK) IN MAKOWO in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. b) the contractor is obliged to ensure the achievement of appropriate levels recycling, preparation for re-use use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), including regulations issued on on the basis of this Act.
