Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of municipal services in the Koło commune in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to December 31, 2026, consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from residential real estate, including all towns in the Koło commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Wrząca Wielka in a manner consistent with applicable law, in particular: the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Wielkopolska Voivodeship for 2023-2028 along with the investment plan and the provisions of the Regulations maintaining cleanliness and order in the Koło Commune.
