The subject of the order is a service in the field of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate located in the Lipnica Murowana commune in the period: from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 and collection and management of waste from the Selective Point. Municipal Waste Collection located at the Sewage Treatment Plant in Lipnica Dolna (registration plot no. 897/8 in Lipnica Dolna [0002]), in a way that ensures achievement of the levels of recycling required by applicable law, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), Act of December 14, 2012 item 1587, as amended) and implementing regulations to the above-mentioned acts and resolutions of the Lipnica Murowana Commune Council adopted on the basis of the above-mentioned acts.
