- 2. The subject of the order is a service in the field of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the Lipnica Murowana commune in the period: from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, as well as the collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located at the Sewage Treatment Plant in Lipnica Dolna (registration plot no. 897/8 in Lipnica Dolna [0002]), in a way that ensures a reduction in the mass of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation transferred to storage, in accordance with the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as as amended) and implementing regulations to the above-mentioned acts and resolutions of the Lipnica Murowana Commune Council adopted on the basis of the above-mentioned acts. When implementing the subject of the order, the contractor is obliged to manage the collected municipal waste in a manner consistent with hierarchy of waste management referred to in Art. 17 of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) and in accordance with the applicable Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Małopolska Voivodeship.
