Description:
The subject of the order includes the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the Medyka Commune in 2026 in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of recycling and preparation for reuse. and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 399), the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text Journal Laws of 2023, item 1587 as amended amended) and implementing acts, as well as the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship and the provisions of local law valid during the period of execution of the contract, in particular specifying the detailed method and scope of provision of services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste, regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Medyka Commune. Any amount of municipal waste issued will be collected and managed from the owners of properties where waste is generated in front of real estate, i.e. mixed municipal waste together with the collection of mixed waste, it is allowed to collect ash in bags from single-family properties, separately collected municipal waste (i.e. plastics, glass, paper and cardboard, metal) and bio-waste, provided that bio...
