- 1.The subject of the order includes:
Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the Mogilany Commune in the scope of:
a) collection and management of the entire amount of municipal waste generated on the property,
where the inhabitants live, located in the Mogilany Commune (the area of the entire Commune is one sector)
b) collection and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the Mogilany Commune (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK
2. Detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions of its implementation is specified in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.
3. The contractor is obliged to pay a deposit in the amount of: PLN 40,000.00
4. Before concluding the contract, the contractor is obliged to provide a security for proper performance of the contract in the amount of 5% of the gross price given in the offer.
