Description:
5.1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste: from owners of residential properties; from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point; from mobile collection. In addition, the subject of the order includes creation and management at least one point of Selective Municipal Waste Collection (PSZOK) in a place enabling easy access for residents of the Oporow commune, equipping it with municipal waste containers for the duration of the contract and maintaining them in proper technical and sanitary condition, within 30 days from the date signing the contract.
5.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order - OPZ (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ) and in the Draft Agreement (Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ).
