Description:
4.1. The subject of the order is the provision of the service of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners living in the commune, as well as the creation and operation of a stationary Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), in which will accept at least the following municipal waste: a) metals and plastics, b) paper and cardboard, c) glass, d) multi-material packaging waste, e) biodegradable waste, f) hazardous waste, g) ash from farms household, h) expired medicines and chemicals, i) waste that does not qualify as medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, v especially needles and syringes, j) used batteries and accumulators, k) waste electrical and electronic equipment, l) furniture and other large-sized waste, m) used tires, n) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste o)clothing i textiles 4.2. The Contractor is obliged to accept the transport and management of each quantity of the following types of municipal waste provided by the owners of the inhabited properties: (a)metals and plastics; b)paper i cardboard; c)glass; (d)biodegradable waste; e) mixed waste; f) ash g) waste electrical and electronic equipment. 4.3.
