Description:
1. The subject of the order is: 1) a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate located within the administrative boundaries of the Supia Commune, where residents live, uninhabited real estate and real estate where there are summer houses or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes in a way that ensures achieving a level of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste, limiting the mass of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation transferred to landfill in municipal installations and not exceeding the landfill level. In the case of separately collected municipal waste, as part of waste management, the Contractor is obliged to transfer it to the installation that will carry out recovery, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Art. 17 of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), a) the scope of the order includes collection at the source and disposal municipal waste: unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste code 20 03 01, separated and collected selectively) with the codes given below...
