- 4. 1. The subject of the order is the collection of transport and management of municipal waste from property owners living in the Telatyn Commune in the period from January 1, 2026. until December 31, 2026 and in particular: a) receiving, transport and management municipal waste from residential properties located in the Telatyn Commune, b) providing all property owners with bags at the Contractor's expense, c) collecting, transporting and managing municipal waste from the Selective Waste Collection Point Municipal in Telatyn (PSZOK), d. The contractor is obliged to collect and transport municipal waste in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery of municipal waste using other methods, in accordance with the legal acts in force during the term of the contract and in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Telatyn Commune, in force during the term of the contract, e) exercising control over the proper operation of the waste management system municipal during their collection by the property owners.
