4. Subject matter of the order
The subject of the order is the provision of services for the collection, transport and management of municipal waste generated on residential properties and properties with summer houses or other properties used for recreational purposes.owe, located within the administrative borders of the Lutomiersk Commune.
4.1. The subject of the order includes 5 tasks:
Task 1
Real estate operation.
Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties and properties used for recreational and leisure purposeslocated in the commune, along with equipping residential properties with waste collection containers. The municipal waste collection system does not cover waste generated as a result of running a business.
Task 2
Equipping real estate with waste collection containers. The subject of the task is to equip residential properties with containers for the collection of municipal waste (lending containers/putting them into use for the duration of the order in question without transferring the ownership of the containers to the Ordering Party or to the property owners). WITHthe contracting authority allows equipping residential properties with containers - baskets, for mixed waste and BIO waste and bags for other fractions collected selectively: paper, metals, plastics and glass.
The cost of equipping residential properties with baskets or bags is the cost of the task....
