- 4.1. The subject of the order is the provision of a collection service
and management of municipal waste from property owners living in the City of Terespol in 2025.
4.2. Approximate amount of municipal waste that the Ordering Party expects to be collected from the owners inhabited properties and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point during the order execution period is approximately 1,275.805 Mg. The above-mentioned amount of waste should be taken into account when calculating the Contractor's price offer. The amounts of waste provided by the Ordering Party are estimated amounts. Ordering party does not guarantee the above. amount of waste during the term of the contract. The Contractor undertakes to collect and manage the actual and actual amount of waste.
Pursuant to the content of Art. 433 points 4) of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party informs that the minimum value of the service is 70% of the quantity referred to in the sentence first.
