- The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties and summer houses or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes located in the Moskorzew commune from the towns of: Chebdzie, Chlewice, Chlewska Wola, Dalekie, Damiany, Dbrwka, Jadwigw, Lubachowy, Mkarzw, Moskorzew, Perzyny, Przybyszow, Tarnawa-Gra in a way that ensures achieving appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of: 1) the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), the provisions of the applicable Waste Management Plan for the Witokrzyskie Voivodeship and the currently applicable implementing acts to the above Act, 2) the Act of April 27, 2011, Environmental Protection Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 647, as amended) and the currently applicable implementing acts to the above Act, 3) the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 158...
