Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of the service:
1) collection and management of municipal waste, listed in the SWZ and OPZ, directly from all properties where residents live,
2) collecting expired medicines collected by residents at collection points expired medicines located in pharmacies and health clinics located in the Skarżysko Kościelne Commune, including equipping them with marked containers intended for collecting expired medicines.
3) collection of bulky waste, ash, used electrical equipment and electronic and other waste directly from the property (exhibitions) where residents live.
4) providing containers and bags for collecting mixed and segregated waste, in appropriate colors;
5) management of municipal waste collected from owners all properties inhabited by residents and collected at collection points for expired medicines in a manner consistent with the hierarchy of waste management, the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587);
6) managing the collected waste in a way that ensures compliance communes comply with the obligations imposed by the Act on maintaining cleanliness and the applicable Regulations of the Ministry of Environment issued on the basis of Art. 3b i art ...
