- 1. The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste from all property owners, within the administrative boundaries of the Szepietowo commune, on properties where residents live. Waste management means transferring it to a processing installation or disposal along with the Contractor's coverage of the costs of their receipt. 2. The Contractor is obliged to transfer all collected municipal waste for management to the Installation indicated in the offer, in accordance with applicable law. Waste management means: transfer of the collected waste to the installations indicated in the offer, along with covering the costs of its management by the Contractor. The Ordering Party allows changes to the installation indicated in the offer, provided that the change in the installation results from circumstances for which the Contractor is not responsible.3. Item the order also includes the provision of bags for the properties referred to in section 1 and regular delivery of bags for separately collected waste during the period in force contracts.
