1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing from the Rzezawa commune.
The subject of the contract is the collection and development (recovery or neutralization) indicated in the description of the municipal waste order (mixed and selective) from real estate located in the Rzezawa commune, where the inhabitants live, in a way that ensures relevant recycling levels, preparation for re -use and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of mass of municipal waste submissive biodegradations transferred to storage, in accordance with applicable regulations.
The entity collecting selectively collected municipal waste from property owners will be obliged to transfer the collected municipal waste to the installation of recovery and disposal of waste, in accordance with the hierarchy dealing with waste.
