Description:
The subject of the procedure and contract is the implementation of the task consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste arising on inhabited real estate, located in individual sectors of the city of Siedlce.
Pursuant to Resolution No. XVII/5165/2025 of the Siedlce City Council of the day of On May 29, 2025, on the division of the city of Siedlce into sectors, in order to organize the collection of municipal waste from property owners, where residents live (Journal of Laws of the Mas. Voivodeship, item 5573), the city of Siedlce was divided into 4 sectors. Subject of the contract related to The collection and management of municipal waste arising in real estate in the city of Siedlce was divided into 4 parts, separately for each of the designated sectors.
