- 1. The subject of the order is a service in the field of collection and management of municipal waste collected selectively and mixed from property owners residing in the Przedbórz Commune and from summer houses or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes located in the Przedbórz Commune, as well as PSZOK service in the period from the date of signing the contract (but not earlier than June 3, 2026) to December 31, 2027. 2. Scope of the order includes: 1) collection and management of municipal waste from: a) inhabited real estate, b) summer houses or other properties used for recreational purposes; 2) carrying out two road collections during the term of the contract to collect furniture and other bulky waste, used electrical and electronic equipment, used tires (one collection in 2026 and one collection in 2027); 3) collection of clothing and textile waste directly from the property in the system traveling as part of an organized collection - at least once a quarter. The area of the commune is: 189.94 km2 Total number of registered people: 6,536 (as of December 31, 2025). Number of inhabited properties: 2,005. Holiday cottages and real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes: 105. Total number of properties: 2,110. ATTENTION!
